摘要 目的探讨个体化营养干预对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者的影响。方法选取2016年1月1日~12月31日本院肿瘤科收治的首次接受鼻咽癌同步放化疗的63例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规营养护理,干预组根据NRS-2002及体质指数结果,给予个体化干预,包括干预的时机、干预手段等。结果干预组在经过个体化营养干预后,两组患者在营养指标方面和放疗不良反应发生率方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过NRS-2002及BMI结果,对患者进行适时的个体化营养干预,可以有效改善鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者的营养状况,并减少放疗引起的不良反应的发生。 Objective To investigate the effect of individual nutrition intervention on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma( NPC) undergoing concurrent chemoradiation and radiotherapy. Methods The patients who received the first NPC concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from January 1th to December 31 th,2016 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of random number table. The control group was given conventional nutritional nursing,the experimental group was given individualized intervention according to the results of NRS-2002 and BMI,including the timing of intervention,intervention methods and so on. Results The experimental group was treated with individualized nutrition intervention,There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of nutritional indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions( P 0.05). Conclusion NRS-2002 and BMI results can improve the nutritional status of patients with concurrent NPC and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy.
