摘要
2015年5月、9月、11月和2016年5月,湖北省十堰市水环境监测中心在大九湖关键断面选取9个监测点,对浮游植物样品进行采集,同时运用浮游植物群落结构及群落多样性指数等进行了水质综合评价:大九湖浮游植物共有8门48属,其中绿藻门17属,占35.4%,硅藻门14属,占29.2%,说明绿藻和硅藻为优势类群;依据浮游植物群落结构、细胞分布和Shannon-wiener多样性指数,判断大九湖水体总体为轻度污染;在相同环境条件下,水中氮磷营养盐越高,浮游植物数量越多,因此控制营养盐成为控制水体富营养化和水华发生的主要手段。
In May, September and November 2015 and May 2016, Water Environment Monitoring Center of Hubei Province selected 9 monitoring points at key sections of Dajiu Lake to accumulate monitored samples of floating vegetation, and conduct comprehensive assessment of water quality with indices of phytoplankton community structure of floating vegetation and community diversity. In Dajiu Lake, there are 48 species identified belonging to 8 phyla including 17 Chlorophyta and 14 Bacillatiophyta that accounts to 35.4% and 29.2% of the total respectively. It demonstrates that green algae and diatoms are dominant families. After evaluation by indices of phytoplankton community structure of floating vegetation, cell distribution and Shannon- wiener, the water body of Dajiu Lake is regarded as slightly polluted. Under the same environment condition, the higher nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients, the more floating vegetation. Thus, controlling the contents of nitrogen in the lake is crucial for eliminating entrophication and outbreak of blue-green algae.
