不确定信息条件下基于灰数运算与TOPSIS的群决策方法研究

摘要 针对群决策过程中出现的专家评估值难以精确化,只能给出区间化评估结果的不确定信息问题,提出不确定信息条件下基于灰数运算与TOPSIS的群决策方法。给出灰数运算与TOPSIS集成的方法和步骤,利用灰数运算处理区间化的专家评估值,利用闵氏距离函数解决TOPSIS方法遇到的属性权重叠加问题。最后,以制造企业供应商评价为例,对提出的方法进行验证,表明灰数运算与TOPSIS进行集成,可有效降低群决策中不确定信息带来的风险,计算过程简单、高效和实用,可用于制造企业生产与管理中含有灰数、模糊数的决策领域。 According to the uncertain information problem which is difficult to give exact evaluation values and can only give interval evaluation results from experts in group decision making process, a group decision making method under uncertain information condition based on grey number operation and TOPSIS was put forward. The method and steps which integrate grey number operation and TOPSIS are given. Grey number operation was used to deal with the uncertain information of expert valuation in group decision making, Minkowski distance function was used to solve the problem of attribute weights are superimposed encountered in TOPSIS method. Finally, the method is validated by an example of manufacturing enterprise supplier evaluation. The integration of grey number operation and TOPSISI can effectively reduce risk caused by uncertain information in group decision-making, and its calculation process was simple, efficient and practical. Group decision making method based on grey number operation and TOPSIS, it can be used in similar decision making field with grey numbers and fuzzy numbers in production and management process of manufacturing enterprises.
