摘要 介绍了一种曳引式节能电梯设计方案。在保持电梯原有曳引结构系统不变的基础上,增加机械变速器、辅助配重、卷筒等装置,使机械变速器输入端连接电梯曳引轮,输出端通过卷筒连接辅助配重。采用机械变速器改变辅助配重与轿厢运动的速比可以匹配电梯不同的载重量与起升高度,实现配重可调,进而可以补偿曳引轮两侧的重量差,使曳引电机维持在低能耗状态。该设计方案利用辅助配重势能的改变就能够实现负载势能的储存和释放,能量形式没有发生转变,是一种直接的节能方案。 A design scheme for energy-saving elevator is introduced. Mechanical transmission , accessory counterweight and drum etc are added to the original structure of the elevator traction.The input shaft of mechanical transmission is connected with traction sheave, while the output shaft is connected with accessory counterweight by drum. The speed ratio between balancing weight and car can be adjusted by mechanical transmission to match the different load and lifting height of an elevator. As a result, the target of the adjusting counterweight is realized. The weight difference between both sides of the tractive sheave can be compensated by adjustable counterweight, and traction machine is kept in lower energy consumption. Without the transformation of energy form , the gravitational potential energy of load can be stored and released by accessory counterweight,which is a direct energy-saving scheme.
