摘要
大容量动力锂电池逐渐成为动力电源的主体,但锂电池生产装备仍是制约国内当前锂电池产业发展的一个重要瓶颈,尤其是注液方面,随着环保要求的进一步提升,迫切需要改进为无人操作。有鉴于此,本项目针对大容量高速高精真空锂电池注液机的关键技术展开研究,主要包括分选和注液两大方面。分选是将锂电池扫码、称重并分拣的过程,注液则包括抽真空、注电解液、渗透静置、残液处理等内容。本项目综合采用调度优化、协同控制、传感器、计算机技术等多种学科和技术,属集成创新,可解决动力锂电池注液速度慢、精度低、稳定性差等问题,对于容量为20AH的动力锂电池,装备产能可达到4ppm左右,部分指标达到国际先进水平。
Large capacity power battery has gradually become the main body of the power supply, but the lithium battery production equipment is still restricting the development of current lithium battery industry. In addition, the liquid injection operation needs to be improved by the automation operation under the further improvement of environmental protection requirements. For tackling above problems, this project aimed the key technology of high capacity, speed, and precision vacuum injecting machine for lithium battery, mainly including the two processes of separation and injection. Separation process is the process of scauning, weighing and separating for the lithium battery, and the injection process includes the contents of the vacuum pumping, electrolyte injection, infiltration, and residue treatment. The project comprehensively used scheduling optimization, cooperative control, sensor, and computer technology etc., which belongs to the integrated innovation with multi-functional composite integrated structure.lt can solve the problem of slow speed, low precision, poor stability and other issues in this equipment. For the capacity of 20AH power lithium battery, the equipment capacity can obtain 4ppm, in which some indicators reach the international level
