焊缝对同质等厚拼焊板成形能力的影响规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 焊缝对同质等厚拼焊板成形能力的影响远大于母材强度或厚度存在差异的拼焊板。运用数值模拟方法分别对直线焊缝和圆弧焊缝同质等厚拼焊板进行胀形试验,主要研究了焊缝K值、焊缝n值、焊缝位置以及圆弧焊缝半径对拼焊板成形能力的影响规律。并通过正交试验以及极差分析得到了焊缝各因素影响拼焊板成形能力的主次顺序。研究结果表明,焊缝应变硬化指数n值是影响拼焊板成形能力的关键因素,应从增大焊缝n值入手制定母材拼焊工艺。此外,对于同质等厚拼焊板,圆弧焊缝相对于直线焊缝具有更好的成形能力。因此,在相同的工艺条件下,用圆弧焊缝代替直线焊缝可以适当的提高拼焊板的成形能力。 The influence of weld seam on farmability of similar TWBs is much larger than others TWBs which consist of different thickness or strength base metal. The straight-weld-seam TWBs and arc-weld-seam TWBs was studied using numerical simulation techniques combine with dome test. The influence law of K value of weld seam, n value of weld seam, weld seam location and arc-weld-seam radius on formability of TWBs was mainly studied. After orthogonal experiment and range analysis, order of influence formability of TWBs of weld seam factors was obtained. Results show that critical factor of influence formability of TWBs is strain hardening exponent n value, when make the base metal welding process, should be starting with enlarge n value. In addition, formability of arc-weld-seam similar TWBs is much better than straight-weld-seam similar TWBs. Therefore, under the same process conditions, use arc-weld-seam to substitute for straight- weld-seam, formability of TWBs can be improved properly.
