摘要 为了有效提高H96铜合金异形波导组件的焊接质量,保证波导的驻波比和阻抗匹配等参数,提高天线的辐射功率,需要对波导组件生产过程中的焊接设备工装、工艺参数、操作规程等相关因素进行有效控制。编制提出了切实可行的规章制度,包括焊前与焊后的清洗工艺、退火工艺、焊接规程等四个方面的指导要求,规范了相关过程的操作时间、温度范围和工艺流程,制作了用于生产、校验的专用工装。经过测试,波导管和波导组件的批量合格率大幅上升,生产计划和效率得以有效保障。 In order to improve the welding quality of shaped waveguide component in H96 copper alloy and ensure the standing-wave ratio (SWR) together with the matched impedance parameters of the waveguide assembly, it is signifwant to implement efficient control of related factors in the production process, like welding equipment tooling, process parameters and operating procedures. This article is conceived to propose practical and effwient regulations, with the cleaning process before and after welding, annealing process and welding guidance included. It is normalized the operating time, temperature range and production procedures, and special tooling for manufacture and calibration are as well developed. The pass rate of waveguide and its components is proven to be significantly increased, consequently the production schedule and efficiency could be well guaranteed.
