摘要
通过实验建立了同时测定镇颤舒胶囊中葛根素、和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量的HPLC方法,具体检测条件为:采用Welch Ultimate C18反相色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇—体积分数0.5%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为250nm,进样量为10μL.实验结果表明,葛根素在9.74~97.41μg/mL(r=0.999 5)、和厚朴酚在10.05~100.49μg/mL(r=0.999 7)、厚朴酚在10.22~102.16μg/mL(r=0.999 8)范围内均呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.5%,100.4%和100.2%.该方法操作简便、快速可靠,可用于镇颤舒胶囊的质量控制.
A method for the content determination of puerarin,honokiol and magnolol in Zhenchanshu capsules by HPLC was established.Welch Ultimate C18column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol—0.5% phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was 250 nm.The injection volume was 10μL.The calibration curves of puerarin,honokiol and magnolol showed good linearity in the ranges of 9.74—97.41μg/mL(r=0.999 5),10.05—100.49μg/mL(r=0.999 7)and 10.22—102.16μg/mL(r=0.999 8),and the average recoveries were 99.5%,100.4%and 100.2%respectively.The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for drug quality control.This method replenishes the insufficient quality control of Zhenchanshu capsules.
