基于δ-生育三烯酚测定混合油脂中棕榈油的含量

Determination of palm oil in blended oils based on δ-tocotrienol

根据δ-生育三烯酚为棕榈油特征物质的特点,建立以δ-生育三烯酚来分析混合油脂中棕榈油含量的方法,并对该方法进行验证。结果表明:基于δ-生育三烯酚测定混合油脂中棕榈油的方法具有较高的灵敏度和准确性,最低检出限为0.02%,实际值与计算值之间的相对误差在±20%之间。该方法简单、有效。

A method was established to analyze palm oil content in blended oils based on δ-tocotrienol which was a characteristic component in palm oil, and the method was verified by blended oils of known concentration. The results showed the method to analyze palm oil in blended oils based on δ-tocotrienol had higher sensitivity and accuracy, the limits of detection was 0.02%, the relative error was ＋20% between calculated value and actual value.The method was simple and reliable.
