一级大豆油酸价回升因素分析研究

摘要 通过小试试验模拟生产过程中不同因素对一级大豆油品质的影响。研究结果发现,影响一级大豆油酸价回升的主要因素为碱炼过程中的加碱量。提出相应解决措施对企业生产出高质量的一级大豆油具有参考意义。 The effect of different factors on the quality of first grade soybean oil was simulated in an experimental batch process. The results showed that the main factor affecting acid value risks of soybean oil was the amount of alkali added in the neutralization process. The corresponding measures were put forward to provide the reference significance for enterprises to produce high quality first grade soybean oil.
