慢性HBV感染者CD4^+T细胞高表达CD95与活化相关

Upregulated CD95 on CD4^+ T cells is positively correlated with activation in CHB patients

目的检测HBV感染者CD4^+T细胞CD95、CD38、HLA-DR的表达水平,探讨HBV感染者CD4^+T细胞免疫活化和免疫耗竭的意义。方法根据外周血HBV DNA水平将HBV感染者分为高病毒载量组(38例)与低病毒载量组(32例),并设健康对照组(16例);采用流式细胞术对HBV感染者外周血CD4^+T细胞CD95、CD38、HLA-DR的表达进行检测分析。结果与健康对照组比较,慢性HBV感染者CD4^+T细胞CD95、HLA-DR的表达显著升高(P<0.05),CD95、CD38和HLA-DR两两共表达显著升高(P<0.05);慢性HBV感染者CD4^+T细胞CD95水平与CD38负相关,与HLA-DR正相关(P<0.01)。结论慢性HBV感染者CD4^+T细胞CD95表达上调;CD4^+T细胞耗竭的原因可能与活化诱导的细胞凋亡有关。

To investigate the relationship between the activation and exhaustion of CD4~＋T cells in HBV patients by detecting the expression levels of CD95, CD38, HLA-DR, blood samples were collected from 60 patients with HBV and 16 healthy controls, and the levels of CD95, CD38, HLA-DR were detected by the method of flow cytometry. Data showed that the levels of CD95＋, HLA-DR＋, and CD95＋CD38＋CD4~＋T cells were increased significantly in HBV patients, compared with healthy controls（P〈0.05）. And the expression level of CD95 was positively correlated with HLA-DR（P〈0.01）, while negatively correlated with CD38 expression（P〈0.05）. All the result indicated that the expression of CD95 plays a pivotal role on the exhaustion of CD4~＋T cells; and the depletion of CD4~＋T cells may relate to activation-induced cell death.
