摘要
文章对火电汽轮机高中压外缸龙门铣开档加工上下半的错位控制方式进行了探讨,在加工经验总结及数据收集基础上对比分析,提出了不预合缸按经验值加工准的控制方案,并给出了实践中的一些注意事项,以期在保证质量受控的同时提升加工效率。
This paper discusses the ways to control the dislocations of the HIP outer casing's axial locating surface when nmchining on longmen milling machine.Based on the processing experience and data collection as well as analysis, the paper puts forward the way of controlling dislocation by empirical value. It also gives some important notes which need extra attention in the producing pro- cess. It improves the processing efficiency while guaranteeing the quality.
