加氢裂化尾油生产食品级白油的研究

摘要 以辽阳石化加氢裂化尾油为原料,在高压固定床试验装置上,采用FRIPP研究开发的以异构脱蜡为核心的加氢催化剂,在反应压力15 MPa,反应器入口氢油质量比800∶1,择型异构反应器床层平均温度325℃、体积空速1.0h^(-1),补充精制反应器床层平均温度260℃、体积空速0.3 h^(-1)的条件下,得到的加氢生成油经过适当的切割,成功生产出了满足食品级白油要求的产品。 Adopting hydrocracking tail oil from Liaoyang Petrochemical Company as feedstock at the high pressure fixed bed experimental plant, using the hydrogenation catalyst developed by FRIPP with isodewax as core component, under the operating conditions of 15 MPa reaction pressure, 800: I hydrogen to oil ratio at reactor inlet, 325 ℃ average bed temperature of the selective isomerization reactor, 1.0 h^-1 volume airspeed, and 260 ℃ average bed temperature and 0. 3 h- 1 volume airspeed of the additional refining reactor, food - grade white oil was successively produced by suitable cutting on the hydrogenated oil.
