干气制氢装置PSA氢气回收率偏低的原因分析及对策

摘要 分析海南炼化6×104m3/h干气制氢装置PSA解析气量大、氢气含量偏高、氢气压力波动、转化炉炉膛超温和正压等问题的原因。在线对装置局部检修,分别实施了PSA程序升级、均压阀增加限流垫片、部分程控阀修复及更换、吸附塔顶部分子筛撇头等措施。运行结果表明:PSA氢气回收率(体积分数)由73.25%提高至86.6%,解析气中氢气含量(体积分数)由44.95%降至27.77%,可多回收氢气5 635.07 t/a。 Problems existing in hydrogen production by dry gas in Hainan refining & petro- chemical 6 × 10^4 m^3/h hydrogen production unit were analyzed, such as large inspiratory capaci- ty in pressure swing absorb (PSA), higher hydrogen content, fluctuate on hydrogen pressure, ultrahigh firepot temperature in conversion furnace, positive pressure and etc. Online part maintenance was made on the unit, including execution of program upgrade of PSA, current limiting gaskets added on the balance valve, reparation and replacement on part program control valve, molecular sieve skimming installed at the top of absorber. The running results showed that PSA hydrogen recovery rate was raised from 72. 57% to 86. 6%, the hydrogen content in the imspiratory gas was reduced from 44.03% to 27.77%, and hydrogen recovery amount could be added bv 5 635.07 t/a.
