丁二烯装置第一萃取精馏塔的扩能改造 被引量:2

摘要 对抚顺石化160 kt/a丁二烯装置在较高生产负荷下一萃塔存在的问题进行研究,提出了解决办法。对一萃塔的塔内件进行改造,塔径、板间距、降液管面积均不变,调整塔盘开孔率及降液管底隙,并采用齿形导向浮阀。通过改造,一萃塔的分离效果和处理能力得到大幅提升,打破了丁二烯装置高负荷运行的瓶颈,提高了装置的生产能力。 Problems existing in No. 1 extraction column were studied under higher production load on 160 kt/a butadiene unit in Fushun Petrochemical Company, the solution of revamp on tower internals of the extraction column was put forth. The column diameter, distance between tower plates, downcomer area was kept unchanged, open porosity of the tower tray and bottom clearances of the downcomer were modified, and notched guide float valve was adopted. Separation effect and treatment capacity of the No. 1 extraction column were obviously raised, running bottleneck under high load of the butadiene unit was overcome, and production capacity of the device was raised.
