摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,在235 nm波长下对20%噻呋·吡唑酯悬浮剂中有效成分进行定量分析。吡唑醚菌酯和噻呋酰胺的标准偏差分别为0.045和0.030,变异系数分别为0.45%和0.30%,平均回收率均为99.7%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和1.000 0。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of thifluzamide + pyraclostrobin 20% SC by HPLC was established, using methanol and water as mobile phase, with UV wavelength detector at 235 nm. The results showed that the standard deviations of pyraclostrobin and thifluzamide were 0.045 and 0.030, the coefficients of variation were 0.45%and 0.30%, the average recoveries were both 99.7%, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 9 and 1.000 0.
