摘要
鱼类基因组研究利用大规模测序获取有关物种的基因组序列信息,进而阐明鱼类生物学特性、表型变异与基因组结构之间的关系,在鱼类的种质鉴定、遗传育种、动物营养、环境毒理和病害防治等领域具有巨大的应用潜力。自2001年首先对斑马鱼的基因组测序起,到目前为止已有近40个鱼类物种的全基因组测序完成,且其相关的生物学特征、遗传进化规律等得到较全面的解析。将从鱼类全基因组测序技术发展历程和鱼类基因组解析两大部分对鱼类基因组研究进展进行综述,旨在进一步了解鱼类基因组的研究现状、发展趋势和应用前景,为后续鱼类基因组研究提供参考。
Fish genome sequencing is utilized for searching the genomics sequence information,subsequently clarifying the fishbiological characteristics,and the relationship between the phenotypic variation and genome structures.. It has great applicable potential infish research and economic fields,such as germplasm identification,genetic breeding,animal nutrition,environmental toxicology,diseasecontrol,and so on. Since the first report of zebrafish genome sequencing in 2001,nearly 40 fish genomes have been sequenced and published,which also illuminated their related biological characteristics and provided comprehensive interpretation of genetic evolution with high-yieldand low-cost development of the genome sequencing technologies. The main aim of this review is to summarize research progress on the wholegenome sequencing technology and the deep data analyses of fish genomes,and to further understand the recent development of fish genomeresearches and application prospects,so as to provide comprehensive references for subsequent fish genome researches.
