燃煤型氟中毒病区成人血清骨形态发生蛋白-2和骨形态发生蛋白-3水平的调查 被引量:1

Serum bone morphogenetic protein-2 and bone morphogenetic protein-3 in adults in coal-burning endemic fluorosis area

摘要 目的探讨燃煤型氟暴露对成人血清骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)和BMP-3表达的影响。方法于2013年9月,对贵州省六盘水市水城县陡箐乡(氟病区)和花嘎乡(对照区)成人进行氟斑牙诊断和尿氟检测,使用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度。结果燃煤型氟中毒病区成人氟斑牙检出率为72.58%(90/124),高于对照区[8.96%(6/67)],且病区成人尿氟浓度高于对照区,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);病区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度与对照区比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);氟病区及对照区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度在不同性别间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);氟病区18~39岁组成人血清BMP-2浓度较对照区高,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.186,P<0.05);而其余各年龄段成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度均无明显变化。氟病区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度在不同氟斑牙分度及尿氟浓度间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论过量的氟可能导致成人血清BMP-2浓度升高,氟可能是影响血清BMP-2表达的因素之一。 Objective To explore the effects of fluoride exposure on expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2) and bone morphogenetic protein-3(BMP-3) level in adults serum in coal-burning endemic fluorosis area. Methods A cross-sectional study was performed to investigate the prevalence of dental fluorosis and urinary fluoride in Doujing village(endemic fluorosis area) and Huaga village(control area),Shuicheng county,Liupanshui city,Guizhou province,in Sep,2013. Then the concentrations of serum BMP-2 and BMP-3 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent. Results The prevalence rate of dental fluorosis of adults in endemic fluorosis area was 72.58%,which was significantly higher than control area(P〈0.01),and the urinary fluoride concentration in endemic fluorosis area was significantly higher compared with that in the control area(P〈0.01). However, there was no significant difference in serum BMP-2 and BMP-3 levels between the endemic fluorosis area and the control area(P〉0.05). The difference of BMP-2 and BMP-3 in adults serum between different gender were not significant(P〉0.05). The concentration of serum BMP-2 in the group of aged 18-39 in the endemic fluorosis area was higher than that of the adults at corresponding control group(P〈0.05). No significant differences were found in serum levels of BMP-2 and BMP-3 among the adults in the endemic fluorosis area categorized by dental fluorosis degree and urinary fluoride(P 〉0.05).Conclusion High concentrations of serum BMP-2 are measured in adults aged 18-39 in endemic fluorosis area,indicating that fluoride may impact the expression of BMP-2 in serum.
