浅谈潜页平2井施工技术

摘要 近年来,江汉油区陆续对非常规井进行了试验。潜页平2井通过导眼井取芯分析地质情况,采取了侧钻方式进行水平段的钻进。在钻进时应根据地层情况,灵活调整各参数保证井身质量要求。潜页平2井由于侧钻出窗既要定向增斜,建议使用下入的HJ517G大齿钻头。优化井眼轨迹,随时根据情况调整钻压参数,保证井壁光滑摩阻、摩扭最小。侧钻时要控制好钻时,必须保证低钻压钻出井眼轨迹趋势,直到侧钻橱窗成功。潭口地区取心双筒取心筒不能保证取心心长,泥岩遇水岩性松软性脆,出心后遇水则性状变,收获率比较低。 In recent years, tests for unconventional well have been conducted in Jianghan oildom. Sidetracking manner is adopted for Qianyeping 2 well in horizontal section drilling on the basis of geological condition obtained by coring analysis of guide well. It is suggested to use HJ517G big tooth bit to ensure directional angle build while sidetracking, optimize borehole track, adjust bit pressure parameters at any moment according to the circumstances and ensure smooth of side wall minimum friction resistance and friction twist. Drilling time must be controlled properly while sidetracking and well track tendency must be drilled out at a low drilling pressure until sidetracking window is successful.
