江汉油区超高压注水井下管柱优化设计研究

摘要 低渗透油藏开发中,超高压注水被广泛应用,但由于压力高,管柱失效较快,套管保护得不到有效保障,很大程度上制约了低渗透油藏的注水开发效果。通过开展超高压注水井下管柱优化设计研究,高压井下入小套管,采用光油管管柱,可取消保护套管的封隔器,有效解决了超高压注水井下管柱频繁失效的问题。 Ultra-high pressure waterflooding is widely used in low permeability reservoir development. However, casing protection is unable to he effectively guaranteed due to faster failure of downhole string under high pressure, lowering waterflooding result of low permeability reservoir to a great extent. Frequent failures of downhole string can be avoided by conducting optimum design of downhole string, for example, tripping in the small casing in high- pressure wells, using blank string and removing the packer used for easing protection.
