前喷自转式油管通径规研制及应用探讨

摘要 前喷自转式油管通径规主要由自转体总成、弹性密封圈、多头螺旋主体等构成。该新型通径规较传统的通径规增设了蒸汽自动方向阀、径向浮动弹性密封圈,以提高通径规动态密封性;头部采用活动滚花磨头,并在通径规管径上焊上细钢丝,以提高刮削性能;主体采用多头螺旋,以减轻通径规重量,保证安全泄压。4口井的现场试用表明,新式油管通径规的使用减少了油管刺洗时间,提高了锅炉车利用率,加快了作业进度,解决了油管通径规旋转刮削性能和通管效率等问题。 Blow--forward rotation pipeline drift mandrel consists of rotation assembly, flexible seal ring and multi- start sprial body. It has additional steam automatic direction valve and radial floating elastic seal ring to increase drift mandrels dynamic sealing performance. Its head has movable knurling wheelhead with thin steel wire welded at the pipe diameter to enhance scraping performance. Its body has multi-start sprial to relieve drift mandrel's weight and ensure safe pressure relief. Site application in four wells shows that its application shortens pipeline wash time, increases use ratio of the mobile boiler, makes operation faster and improves the drift mandrel's rotation scraping performanee and pipeline cleaning efficiency.
