新形势下如何加强石油企业基层党支部工作

近年来,石油企业面临国企改革和行业寒冬的复杂形势,充分发挥基层党支部的先锋模范作用和战斗堡垒作用,使企业和员工顺利渡过难关显得尤为重要。当前石油企业基层党组织存在凝聚力、引领力不强,党员的先锋模范作用没有得到充分发挥,不正之风和腐败问题时有发生,管理和运行机制缺乏创新等突出问题,影响了党支部战斗堡垒作用的正常发挥。可以通过充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用、党员的先锋模范作用,牢固树立党组织的清正廉洁形象,不断进行创新等方式来提高基层党建工作的有效性。

For the past few years, petroleum enterprises have experienced reform of state--owned enterprises and industry chilly winter. It is important to see that grassroots Party branches fully play their exemplary and vanguard role and guide enterprises and employees to go smoothly through difficulties. There are prominent problems in grassroots Party branches of petroleum enterprise, including weak cohesive force and leading force of the Party organization, insufficient exemplary role of the Party members, occasional occurrence of bad practice and corruption and lack of innovation in management and operation mechanism, influencing normal performance of fighting forceful role of the Party branch. The Party organizatior/s clean and honest image can be firmly established by fully playing its core leadership role and the Party members＇ exemplary role. Effectiveness of grassroots Party building work can be improved by making innovations.
