摘要
石油石化行业出现的"新常态"给企业信访维稳工作带来新的挑战。目前油田信访工作难度大,主要表现在油价低迷,员工收入减少;部分员工观念陈旧;转型过程中人员分流安置困难。要破解这些难题就必须加大宣传教育力度,全面畅通信访渠道,倾听群众诉求,全面促进企业和谐稳定发展。
The new normal emerging in petroleum and petrochemical industries brings a new challenge to enterprise work related to handling public complains and safeguarding stability. The oilfield petition work has big difficulties due to such problems as continuous oil price turndown, employees' income decrease, partial employees' outmoded ideas and hard personnel resettlement in the course of enterprise transmission. Solving these problems requires heighten employees' awareness and fully ensuring a smooth channel of public complains to listen to people's demands to accelerate enterprise harmonious and stable development.
