高校绿化养护管理的研究与分析——以江西农业大学南昌商学院为例

Innovation Research of Afforested Maintenance Mechanism in University Campus

在学校文化建造中绿化养护管理是极其重要的。高校绿化养护管理工作是学校环境的需求,是完善生态环境的需求,是学校文化育人的需求,是提高学校形象的需求。当前高校学校绿化养护管理机制存在着绿化养护管理队伍不稳定、绿化养护管理规划设计和养护管理缺乏科学的联系、校园的绿化养护管理情况复杂、绿化养护管理的经费缺乏、校园养护管理职员的技术业务素质较低等问题。结合江西农业大学南昌商学院老校区的绿化养护管理的经验,可以采用校方兼管物业管理承包的新型绿化养护机制。在具体的实施过程中,要科学测算养护经费、加强科学管理、努力提升绿化管理效率、采用高效用人机制。

Afforested maintenance is very important in university cultural construction. There are some problems in university afforested maintenance mechanism, including instability of afforested maintenance workers, absence of scientific relation between maintenance management planning and maintenance management, short maintenance fund and maintenance workers with low professional quality. On the basis of maintenance experience of old campus of Nanchang Business College, a new afforested maintenance mechanism can be introduced that university authority takes charge of property management contracting. In the executing process, it is essential to calculate scientifically maintenance cost, strengthen scientific management, promote afforested management efficiency and adopt efficient employment mechanism.
