目前,油田物业已经踏上逐步剥离主业向小区物业公司化转型的征途,物业管理工作显得更为重要。油田物业管理工作在物业管理队伍的素质、保安服务工作、小区环境治理以及日常卫生管理等方面存在一些不足之处,阻碍了物业管理工作的顺利开展。通过建设一支高素质的物业管理队伍,进一步加强保安服务工作,加大小区环境治理力度,创新卫生管理办法等方式,提高油田物业服务质量,为油田职工和家属提供一个和谐稳定的生活环境保驾护航。

Property managment work is more important while oilfield property management units are being separated from major enterprise and turning into residential property companies. The oilfield property management work has some shortcomings in the quality of property management team, security service, residential environment governance and everyday sanitation management, hindering property management work. Enhancing oilfield property service quality to provide a harmonious and stable living environment for oilfidd workers as well as their family requires setting up a property management team of high quality, further strengthening security service work, increasing residential environment governance and upgrading sanitation management method.
