慢性胰腺炎与3c型糖尿病相关性的研究进展

Research Progress of the Correlation of Chronic Pancreatitis and Type 3c Diabetes Mellitus

3c型糖尿病是一种与胰腺外分泌疾病相关的其他特殊类型糖尿病,慢性胰腺炎是其最常见的病因。同时,糖尿病也加重了慢性胰腺炎的病变程度。近年研究发现,3c型糖尿病由于胰岛素、胰多肽的分泌和功能受损,表现出明显的葡萄糖耐量降低和肝脏胰岛素抵抗。研究两者的相关性能更充分地了解继发于慢性胰腺炎的3c型糖尿病的发病机制,对其诊治具有重要意义。本文将对慢性胰腺炎与3c型糖尿病的相关性研究进展进行综述,以期阻断慢性胰腺炎进展,减少3c型糖尿病发生,提高患者生活质量,预防胰腺癌等严重并发症。

Type 3c diabetes mellitus （T3cDM） is a special diabetes mellitus （DM） associated with the diseases of exocrine pancreas, and chronic pancreatitis （CP） is the most common pathogenesis of T3cDM. At the same time, DM has .also exacerbated the CP. Recent studies have shown that T3cDM is related to glucose intolerance and hepatic insulin resistance because of the insulin deficiency and pancreatic polypeptide deficiency. Studies on the relationship between T3cDM and CP will reveal the pathogenesis of CP - associated DM roundly and be helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases. In this paper the correlation of chronic pancreatitis and type 3c diabetes mellitus is reviewed in order to block the progress of chronic pancreatitis, lower the incidence of type 3c diabetes mellitus, improve the quality of patient＇s life and prevent the serious complications like pancreatic cancer.
