红蛭散治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hongzhi Powder in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris(UAP)

目的:观察红蛭散治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:120例分成两组各60例,对照组用西药治疗,治疗组用红蛭散治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组96.86%,对照组65.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心电图有改善,心绞痛发作次数减少,血脂4项降低均好于对照组。结论:红蛭散治疗不稳定型心绞痛有良好效果。

Objeetive： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Hongzhi Powder in treatment of unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Method： 120 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with western medicine while the study group were treated with Hongzhi Powder. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 96.6% while that of the control group was 65.00%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . The improvement of electrocardiogram, the reduce of angina pectoris attack times and the decrease of four items of blood lipin of the study group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion： Hongzhi Powder has good effect on unstable angina pectoris （ UAP ） .
