醒脑调神法配合颈穴针刺治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

目的:观察醒脑调神法配合颈穴针刺治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:76例随机分为治疗组与对照组各38例。治疗组采用醒脑调神法配合颈穴针刺治疗,对照组采用养血清脑颗粒口服治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组94.7%、对照组76.3%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑调神针刺法配合颈穴治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著,症状缓解迅速。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo treated with the method of Xingnao Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with the neck point.Methods： 76 patients with cervical vertigo were evenly divided into acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group in random. Result ： After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.7% while that of the control group was 76.3%. The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Xingnao Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with cervical acupuncture has significant curative effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo, and the symptoms are alleviated rapidly.
