2011-2015年南宁市服务业预防性健康体检人群甲肝感染情况调查分析

Hepatitis A Infection Among the Service Industry in Nanning,2011-2015

目的了解南宁市服务业人群甲肝感染情况,为服务业人群的甲肝感染防控工作提供参考依据。方法对2011-2015年间来南宁市疾病预防控制中心体检的从业人员检测结果进行医学统计分析。结果 2011-2015年间,从业人员进行的甲肝检测有369 093人,检出甲肝感染的有106人,感染率为0.029%,年度感染率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=45.607,P<0.05);不同性别感染率差异无统计意义(χ~2=0.063,P>0.05);不同季度感染率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.399,P<0.05);不同行业感染率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.790,P<0.05);各年龄段感染率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.790,P<0.05)。结论南宁市服务业人群甲肝感染有总体下降趋势,男性与女性感染差异不大,第一季度感染率最高,随着年龄的增大,感染率有上升的趋势。

Objective To understand the infection situation of hepatitis A among the service industry in Nanning and provide reference for hepatitis A prevention and control. Methods The medical practitioners＇ records from Nanning Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention of in 2011 -2015 were analyzed for medi- cal statistics. Results During 2011 -2015, there had been 369 093 practitioners tested hepatitis A, and 106 cases of HAV positive infection were detected for 0. 029% infection rate. The annual infection rate was signifi- cant difference （X^2 =45. 607, P 〈0.05） ; with no significant differences for infection rate on gender （X^2 = 0. 063, P 〉0. 05）; with significant differences for infection rate on difference season （X^2 = 9. 399, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; with significant differences for infection rate on different industries （X^2 = 16. 790, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; with significant differences for infection rate on age groups （X2 = 16. 790, P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion It was a gener- al downward trend for hepatitis A infection among the service industry in Nanning, and there was no signifi- cant difference between male and female. The infection rate was the highest in the first quarter. With the in- creasing of age, the infection rate increased.
