摘要
昆明市是全国13个"社会办医(国家)联系点"城市之一,本文以昆明市社会办医为视角,探讨社会资本办民营医院的发展问题,针对民营医院自身发展、人民群众认知、地方政策、地方公立医院的排挤效应等问题,建议加强民营医院自身发展、打造权威品牌,提高群众认知、完善地方政策,加强监督、推动公立医院改革,带动民营医院发展。
Kunming is one of the 13＂ Private Medicine （State） Contact Points＂ cities. Based on the perspective of private medicine in Kunming City, the development of private hospitals operated by social capital was discussed in this paper. In view of the private hospital＇s own development, people＇s cognition, local policy, public hospitals＇ exclusive effect and other issues, we pro- posed to strengthen the private hospital development, build authoritative brand, improve people＇s cognition, improve local policies, strengthen supervision and promote the reform of public hospitals so as to drive the development of private hospitals.
