摘要
目的:分析武汉市某三甲医院护士的个人属性对其工作满意度的影响,为提升护士工作满意度提供科学依据。方法:依据武汉市某三甲医院护士工作满意度数据,运用有序多分类Logistic回归模型找出护士个人属性中对于一般满意度产生显著影响的因素。结果:年龄(OR=0.933)、最高学历(OR=1.296)、工作岗位(OR=0.687)、劳动关系(OR=0.803)对护士的总体满意度有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:在医院护理人力资源管理过程中,重视护士个人属性可以提高其工作满意度。
Objective: To analyze the influence of personal attribute on job satisfaction of nurses in a level three grade A hos- pital so as to provide a scientific basis for improving nursing job satisfaction. Methods: According to the data of job satisfaction of nurses in a level three grade A hospital, using ordered Logistic regression model to find out the significant factors that influence the general satisfaction in personal attributes of nursing staff. Results: Age( OR = 0.933), education level (OR = 1.296), Job category ( OR = 0.687 ), labor relationship ( OR = 0.803) have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of nurses ( P〈 0.05). Conclusion: In the process of hospital nursing human resource management, paying attention to the personal attributes of nurses can improve the job satisfaction of nursing staff.
