Experimental study on starting characteristics of embedded heat pipe in radiator

摘要 测定了卫星散热板内预埋热管的启动特性,通过给热管热端输入一定温度热源,使热管能够持续稳定工作,同时获得整个过程中热管热端、冷端及热管周围温度变化数据。实验结果表明:不同形状的热管,启动条件会有所不同,即使热管形状完全相同,也会因其内部结构、工质含量甚至是预埋位置的不同而导致其启动条件的差异,同时本次实验所得数据也为今后热管的研制及测定提供可靠依据。 This article presented the experiment of the starting characteristic of embedded heat pipes inside the satellite dis- sipating panel, which measured by providing uniform temperature to hot end of heat pipe, by maintaining stability working condi- tion of heat pipe to get the temperature variation data of hot end, cold end and surrounding of heat pipe. Experiment result shows heat pipes' starting conditions will be different by their shapes. And even heat pipes share the same shape, the starting condition will be different by their different internal structures, working medium contents or embedded position. Simultaneously, tested au- thentic data will be provided for development and measurement of heat pipes in future.
