摘要
应急气囊是落水车辆救生的重要手段,它能为车辆在水上长时间漂浮提供应急浮力。以某型号汽车应急救生气囊为例,通过综合分析车用气囊助浮的技术需求和工程原理,设计了一种方便安装、便于使用、安全快捷、具有长时间漂浮功能的快速自充气筒式救生气囊,根据该救生气囊的充气节流降温和耐高压强度计算,确定了气囊的结构方案,克服了常用车用安全气囊透气性差、耐压能力不强等缺点,实现了体积小、质量轻、自动充气、打开方便的使用效果。
Life saving air bag is an important means for the survival of the drowning vehicle, which can provide emergency buoyancy for the long time floating on the water. Based on a model automotive life saving air bag as an example, through the analysis of its technical requirements and engineering principles, a quick self - inflatable air bag with long floating function was designed for easy installation, easy to use in this paper. According to the cooling analysis and high pressure strength calculation, the structure of the air bag was determined. The air bag overcame the disadvantages such as low permeability and poor pressure tolerance and realized the effect of small volume, light weight, automatic inflation and easy opening.
