新形势下高校思想政治理论课教学存在的问题及对策研究——基于对甘肃Z高校的调查

Problems of Colleges' Ideological and Political Theory Course under the New Situation and Some Countermeasures:Base on a Survey of University Z in Gansu Province

在价值多元化、信息网络化的新形势下,高校思想政治理论课教学面临着许多新问题。调查结果显示,高校思想政治理论课主要存在教师能力素质不强、学生的主体意识和接受教育的能动性不高、教学过程组织欠佳、课程评价方法比较单一等问题。这些问题既有教师方面的原因,也有学生方面的原因,同时还有社会环境的影响。建议从以下方面增强思想政治理论课教学:壮大教师队伍,提高教师能力;调动学生学习的积极性和主动性;创新评价机制;优化教学环境。

Under the new situation of value diversification and information networkization, Ideological and Political Theory course in colleges is faced with a few new problems, such as teachers＇ insufficient ability and quality, students＇ lack of subject consciousness and learning initiative, poor organization of teaching process, singleness of teaching evaluation and so on. The problems are caused by teachers, students and social environment altogether. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen teaching staff, improve teachers＇ ability, mobilize students＇ enthusiasm and initiative, innovate evaluation mechanism and optimize teaching environment, so as to improve the efficiency of Ideological and Political Theory course in colleges.
