近几年,聋哑人扒窃案件侦办工作中"零口供"现象经常出现,"零口供"大幅增加了侦办此类案件的难度。在"以审判为中心"视野下,从聋哑人扒窃案件"零口供"的产生、破案率低、侦办中证据运用等几个问题入手,系统分析探讨此类案件的侦查工作,以期有助于公安实践。

In recent years, the deaf and mute pickpocketing investigation work often takes place in the ＂Absence of Confession＂. ＂Absence of Confession＂ greatly increases difficulty of the investigation in such cases. In the ＂trial centered＂ perspective, the detection rate is low in the cases of the deaf and mute pickpocketing with ＂Absence of Confession＂. Through the investigation of several problems in the use of evidence, the detectives can investigate such cases in the aspects of system analysis, and that will be beneficial to the practice of public security.
