Role of College-graduates Village Officials in the Work of Precise Poverty Alleviation in Northern Jiangsu

随着精准扶贫工作的深入推进,苏北农村低收入人口持续稳定脱贫工作进入攻坚阶段。在对苏北地区精准扶贫过程中存在问题进行分析的基础上,结合大学生村官的优势,对大学生村官在精准扶贫过程中的作用进行了分析,并就如何确保大学生村官作用的有效发挥提出了相应的建议。

With the deepening of the work of precise poverty alleviation,it has been the crucial stage for the low-income rural population in northern Jiangsu to continue to shake off poverty.Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the process of precise poverty alleviation in northern Jiangsu province,combined with the advantage of college-graduates village officials,this paper analyzes the role of college-graduates village officials in the process of poverty alleviation,and puts forward some suggestions as how to ensure the effective functioning of college-graduates village officials.
