高职院校复合型财会专业教师的现状与培养刍议

Present Situation and Cultivation of Compound Accounting Specialty Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

市场经济的快速发展,需要大量复合型财会人才,而复合型财会专业教师是培养复合型财会人才的根本保证。在剖析目前高职院校财会专业教师现状的基础上,提出通过多种形式的培训和比赛、校企合作、外聘有实践经验的财会专业技术人员作为专职或兼职教师等方式,来培养复合型财会专业教师的建议。

With the rapid development of market economy,the market needs a large number of compound accounting talents,and compound accounting specialty teachers is the fundamental guarantee of cultivating accounting talents.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward that through the training of various forms of training and competition,school and enterprise cooperation,external practical experience of the accounting professional and technical personnel as full-time or part-time teachers.
