Current Situation and Countermeasures of Local Government's Response to Internet Public Opinion in the Self Media Era

自媒体自身特征导致网络舆情在新时期的演变更加复杂。根据自媒体时代网络舆情的演变规律,地方政府回应网络舆情取得一定成效,但其回应机制还尚存不足。对此,地方政府需要制定一套综合、完善的应对措施,主要从政府自身、回应机制及法律等方面来弥补政府回应的不足之处。

Due to the characteristics of the media itself,the evolution of network public opinion in the new era is more complicated than ever before. So according to the evolution of the media from the media era of public law,local government＇s respond to the network public opinion have made some achievements,but its response mechanism is still insufficient. Therefore,the local government needs to develop a comprehensive response measures. It is mainly from the government itself,the response mechanism and the law and so on to make up for the shortcomings of government response.
