摘要
针对永泰县长庆镇某蜜饯生产企业污水处理工艺尾水中COD超标现象结合其现有处理工艺进行工艺整改,以保证尾水COD稳定达标排放,改善河段水质状况。在蜜饯企业现有污水处理工艺基础上,设计三套整改方案并进行实验室模拟试验与监测,对三种方案进行分析比选。最终选用酸化调节池出水→混凝气浮→一级接触氧化池→二级接触氧化池→混凝沉淀→排放的整改方案,方案实施后尾水中COD含量为80 mg/L,去除率为98.6%,可达到国家污水综合排放一级标准。
Investigation showed that COD in discharge water from exceeded the specification of grade 1 in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). Combined with the existing wastewater treatment process in enterprise, this study made some modifications to ensure a stable discharge and COD in tail water to meet the specification of grade 1 in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard which could improve water quality in the river. In this paper, three kinds of improvement schemes are designed and simulated and tested in laboratory. The three schemes are analyzed and compared. The final improvement scheme selection is acidification tank effluent→ coagulation flotation →primary contact oxidation pond → second contact oxida- tion ponds→ coagulation sedimentation → emissions. After the implementation of the improvement scheme, the COD in tail water is about 80 mg/L, the removal rate is 98.6%, and the concentration of COD can meet the specification of grade 1 in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
