摘要
通过在常规蒸发器上集成若干蓄冷器单元,并加注一定量的相变材料(PCMs),使其具备蓄冷和放冷的功能。采用蓄冷式蒸发器技术,在压缩机停机后,车内的舒适性温度的保持时间,可以从20s以内提升到90s以上。汽车空调系统中增加蓄冷功能后,整车可以应用发动机怠速启停系统(ISS),从而实现怠速停机、减少燃油消耗和尾气排放的目的。
Conventional evaporator gets the function of cold storage and cold release by the integration of cold storage units and PCM. By using cold storage evaporator in automo- bile A/C system, the retention time of comfortable temperature in cabin after the com- pressor stop will be improved to 90s from original 20s. Also it's possible to apply ISS sys- tem on vehicle after cold storage evaporator applied. Based on this, the fuel consumption and emission will be reduced.
