Structure optimization on air-conditioning system of light bus for Middle East area

摘要 针对在中东地区某轻型客车空调系统制冷效果差的问题,从整车热负荷及空调系统内部匹配两方面进行原因分析,并借助环境舱温降试验验证解决措施的有效性。通过对比试验验证,该轻型客车空调系统实施优化措施后,各出风口平均温度降低6.0~8.4℃,车内呼吸点平均温度降低3.9~4.9℃,温降效果及驾乘人员舒适性明显改善。 According to the poor cooling performance of the air-conditioning system for a certain light bus in the Middle East area, the cause analysis is conducted on the vehicle heat load and internal matching of the air-conditioning system itself. Then the solutions are verified by temperature experiment in the climate chamber. Through the comparative experiment verification, it shows that after optimization, the average temperature of the air outlets decreases by 6.0-8.4 ℃, and the average breathing temperature inside decreases by 3.9-4.9 ℃, respectively. The cooling effect and the comfort of the people in the bus are improved significantly.
