复方玄驹胶囊治疗耐药性慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Xuanju Capsule in Treatment of Drug Resistant Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis

目的:观察复方玄驹胶囊对耐药性慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月本院诊治的耐药性慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者138例,首先给予抗耐药性治疗,4周后18例仍耐药,将120例患者随机分为治疗组61例和对照组59例。分步治疗,第一步:给予复方玄驹胶囊改善患者耐药性,3粒/次,3次/d,辅以特拉唑嗪片2 mg/次,1次/d,用药周期视实际情况而定;第二步:对照组给予左氧氟沙星胶囊0.2 g/次,2次/d,辅以特拉唑嗪片2 mg/次,1次/d,治疗组在上述治疗基础上,同时使用复方玄驹胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,连续服用2个月,观察两组治疗后的情况。结果:治疗后,两组的症状评分均优于治疗前,且治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊治疗耐药性慢性细菌性前列腺炎,既可明显改善患者耐药性,又可改善慢性前列腺炎症状,且无严重不良反应,值得推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Xuanju Capsule on chronic bacterial prostatitis.Method： 138 cases of drug resistant chronic bacterial prostatitis were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017, firstly, anti-resistance treatment was given, after 4 weeks, 18 cases were still resistant, and 120 patients were randomly divided into 61 cases of treatment group and 59 cases of control group.The 1st stage to improve the patients of drug resistance with Compound Xuanju Capsules, 3 capsules/time, 3 times/d, and combined with Terazosin 2 mg/time, 2 times/d, the medication cycle depending on the actual situation.In the 2ed stage control group was treated with Levofloxaein Capsules 0.2 g/d, 2 times/d and combined with Terazosin 2 mg/time, 1 time/d, treatment group was treated with Compound Xuanju Capsules in dosage of 3 capsules/time, 3 times/d, taken 2 consecutive months, the post treatment conditions of two groups were observed.Result： After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were better than those before the treatment, and the treatment group were better than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） .Conclusion： Compound Xuanju Capsule has a good therapeutic effect on chronic bacterial prostatitis, which improves both drug resistance and symptoms of chronic prostatitis with no severe adverse reaction and worth widely using.
