摘要
目的:比较两种不同湿化液对人工气道患者气道湿化的效果,并探究其可能的影响因素。方法:采用便利取样法,收集建立人工气道患者40例,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组20例。其中A组给予0.45%氯化钠注射液与沐舒坦混合溶液进行湿化;B组患者给予0.9%氯化钠注射液与沐舒坦混合溶液进行湿化。分别评估两组患者湿化前、湿化24、72 h后的痰液黏稠度。结果:与湿化前比较,持续湿化24、72 h后两组痰标本的黏稠度测量值均有所下降,且均随湿化时间的延长而逐渐降低,其中A组的下降幅度均大于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:0.45%氯化钠注射液联合沐舒坦混合溶液对建立人工气道辅助机械通气患者的气道湿化效果更为有效,且湿化时间是此类患者痰液黏稠度的影响因素之一。
Objective: To compare the effect of two different humidification fluids on airway humidification in patients with artificial airway, and to explore the possible factors.Method: By convenient sampling method, 40 patients with artificial airway were collected and randomiy divided into group A and B, 20 cases in each group. The group A was given 0.45% Sodium Chloride Injection and mixed Solution of Mucosolvan humidification wetting; group B was treated with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection and mixed Solution of Mucosolvan humidification.The sputum viscosity of the two groups before and after wetting 24, 72 h were evaluated respectively.Result: Compared with before wetting, continuous wet 24, 72 h thick two group sputum measurement values were decreased, and with the extension of humidification decreased by the time, the decline of the A group were higher than B group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01) .Conclusion: 0.45% Sodium Chloride Injection combined with mixed Solution of Mucosolvan humidification is more effective for airway humidification in patients with artificial airway assist mechanical ventilation, and the wetting time is one of the factors influencing the sputum viscosity.
