临床检验生化指标在病毒性肝病患者诊断中的应用与分析

Application and Analysis of Biochemical Indexes in Clinical Diagnosis of Patients with Viral Liver Disease

目的:探讨病毒性肝病患者临床检验生化指标的变化与意义。方法:选择2015年12月-2016年12月本院收治的病毒性肝病患者80例作为研究组,另选取无肝病其他患者80例作为对照组,检测两组常规生化检验指标和新生化检验指标。结果:常规生化指标中,研究组总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、白蛋白/球蛋白比值(A/G)均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而球蛋白(GLO)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新生化检验指标中,研究组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)以及亮氨酸脱氢酶(LAP)均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而前白蛋白(PA)则显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在病毒性肝病的临床诊断中,常规生化指标的数值变化有重要的指示意义,而新生化指标也表现出重要价值,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the changes and significance of biochemical indexes in clinical examination of patients with viral liver disease.Method： 80 cases of viral liver disease from December 2015 to December 2016 were treated in our hospital as the study group, and 80 no other liver disease patients as the control group, conventional biochemical index and new biochemical index of two groups were detected.Result： In conventional biochemical indexes, the total protein （ TP ）, albumin （ ALB ） and A/G of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, and the globulin （ GLO ） was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .In new biochemical index, serum alanine aminotransferase （ ALT ）, aspartate aminotransferase （ AST ）, adenosine deaminase （ ADA ） and leucine dehydrogenase （ LAP ） of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, and the level of prealbumin （ PA ） was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： In the clinical diagnosis of viral liver disease, the numerical changes of conventional biochemical indexes have important indications, the new biochemical indexes also show important value, and it is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.
