盐胁迫下松塔景天的生理响应及适应性 被引量:2

Physiological Responses and Adaptability of Sedum nicaeense Under Saline Stress

摘要 以松塔景天幼苗为试材,采用不同浓度NaCl溶液(0、2.5、3.5、4.5、5.5、6.5、7.5、8.5、9.5mg·g^(-1))对其定期进行处理,动态测定其叶片脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量、叶面积、叶片含水量、根冠比和叶绿素荧光参数(Fv/Fm)等指标,评估松塔景天幼苗的耐盐能力,探索松塔景天在盐胁迫下的生理响应和适应能力,以便为扩大其在轻度盐碱地的绿化面积奠定理论基础。结果表明:NaCl浓度低于8.5mg·g^(-1)时,有利于松塔景天幼苗生长,其中NaCl浓度在3.5mg·g^(-1)时,最适合松塔景天幼苗生长。当NaCl浓度高于8.5mg·g^(-1)时,就会抑制其正常生长。该试验可为盐渍化地区松塔景天的推广提供指导。 In order to lay a theoretical foundation for enlarging its green area in mild salinization,the physiological response and adaptability of Sedum nicaeense under salt stress was explored.In this study,seedlings of Sedum nicaeense were treated with different concentrations of sodium chloride(0,2.5,3.5,4.5,5.5,6.5,7.5,8.5,9.5mg·g^(-1)),respectively.The free proline content,malondialdehye content,chlorophyll content,leaf area,leaf water content,root and shoot ratio and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter(Fv/Fm)were measured to evaluate the salt tolerance of Sedum nicaeense seedlings.The results showed that when the concentrations of sodium chloride was less than8.5mg·g^(-1),it was conducive to the growth of seedlings of Sedum nicaeense,especially when the concentrations of sodium chloride was 3.5mg·g^(-1),Sedum nicaeense were in the best growth state.Once concentration of sodium chloride was higher than 8.5 mg·g^(-1),it could had serious effects on their normal growth,which would be of great significance for the promotion of Sedum nicaeense in salinization area.
