摘要
以黄瓜为试材,采用桶栽的方法,研究了不同用量生物炭(按连作土壤质量比1%、3%、5%、7%、9%施入)对连作土壤性状、微生物数量及黄瓜生长的影响。结果表明:连作土壤施用适量的生物炭可以显著降低土壤容重和电导率,提高田间持水量,pH和速效钾含量,降低土壤真菌和尖孢镰刀菌数量,提高细菌和细菌/真菌比值,从而改善了黄瓜根区土壤微生态环境,促进了黄瓜生长和产量的提高。综合分析认为,施用5%用量较为适宜,在实际生产中可作为改良连作土壤的措施加以利用。
Cucumber was used as test materials,apot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different biochar application rate(according to the continuous cropping soil mass ratio of 1%,3%,5%,7%,9%)on soil properties,microbial quantity and cucumber growth.The results showed that the moderate biochar could significantly reduce soil bulk density and EC value,increase field capacity,pH and rapidly-available potassium content,reduce soil fungi and fusarium oxysporum quantity,but improve bacteria quantity and B/F(bacteria/fungus)ratio,thus the cucumber root zone soil micro ecological environment was improved,promoting the cucumber growth and yield.Therefore,the biochar dosage at a level of 5% was more appropriate in this experiment by comprehensive analysis,which could be used as measures to improve continuous cropping soil in the actual production.
