废弃玻璃和橡胶颗粒混凝土的抗压强度试验 被引量:3

摘要 为了充分利用废弃固体材料减少环境污染,将废玻璃和废橡胶作为建筑材料掺入混凝土中制备混凝土构件。为了确定适当的废弃固体颗粒混凝土的配合比,本文按不同体积取代率制作了60个混凝土立方体标准试块进行抗压试验。结果表明:废橡胶掺量是影响废弃固体颗粒混凝土抗压强度的主要因素,两种固体废弃材料体积取代率为30%混凝土试件的抗压强度较普通混凝土下降约30%。 In order to utilize the waste solid materials and reduce the environmental pollution, waste glass and rubber can be regarded as building materials and mixed into concrete during the fabrication of concrete mem- bers. It is necessary to determine a suitable proportion for concrete mixed with waste solid materials. In this ex- periment, sixty standard cubic samples are made and tested according to different volume replacement ratios of waste glass and waste rubber. Finally, it is shown that mixing proportion is the main factor of compressive strength for concrete. The compressive strength of mixed, with the volume replacement ratio of 30%, is re- duced nearly 30% in the comparison of the normal concrete.
