摘要 为了有效利用火车站的有限资源,提高旅客满意率,本文基于排队论原理和离散事件系统仿真方法,应用Anylogic软件建立了火车站售票排队系统仿真模型。首先根据2016年"十一"期间M火车站每日不同时刻的客流状态,把一天划分为三个不同的时间段,分别进行仿真分析;然后根据系统分析指标,求得每个时段人工售票窗口和自助售票窗口的最佳开放数量,再进行24小时的连续仿真分析,对服务窗口的最佳开放数量进行修正;最后通过7天的连续仿真,得出最佳窗口开放状态下的旅客满意度,并提出了提高购票效率的改进措施。本文的研究成果可为节假日期间铁路部门更加合理的设置服务窗口提供参考。 In order to effectively use the limited resources of railway station, and improve the passenger satisfaction, a simulation model for ticketing system of M train station is built by Anylogic based on queue theory and discrete event system simulation method. Firstly, the day is divided into three different periods, according to the passenger flow status at different times of a day of M railway station during the National Day, and the optimal numbers of man- ual and automatic ticket window in service are obtained for each period, through simulation analysis, according to the system analysis index. Secondly, the optimal number of service window is fixed, through 24 hours of continuous simulation analysis. Finally, the passenger satisfaction is obtained, through 7 days of continuous simulation analysis, and the improvement measures to improve the purchase efficiency are put forward.
