经椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗脊柱损伤的效果观察

Clinical effect observation of pedicle screw fixation in patients with spinal injury

目的分析脊柱损伤患者经椎弓根螺钉固定术治疗的临床效果。方法抽选2012年5月至2015年5月我院收治的脊柱损伤患者70例,根据患者的治疗时间将其分为对照组与研究组,各35例。对照组患者接受传统螺钉固定术治疗,研究组患者经椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗,比较两组患者术后螺钉松动率、并发症发生情况、手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间。结果研究组患者的螺钉松动率、应激性溃疡发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的泌尿系统感染、静脉血栓、关节畸形僵硬发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论椎弓根螺钉固定术治疗脊柱损伤的临床疗效确切,安全、可靠,值得广泛推广实施。

Objective To study the clinical effect of pedicle screw fixation in patients with spinal injury. Methods A total of 70 patients with spine injury admitted in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were enrolled in this study, and divided into control group and study group according to the time of treatment. The patients in the control group received traditional screws fixation, while the patients in the study group were given pedicle screw fixation, the incidence rates of loosening and complications, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rates of loosening and stress ulcer in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; in the study group, the operative time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of urinary tract infection, venous thrombosis and joint deformity between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The pedicle screw fixation applied in the treatment of spinal injury has remarkable effect, and it is safe and reliable, which is worthy of promotion.
