中药联合输卵管介入治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with tubal interventional therapy on tubal obstruction infertility

目的探讨中药联合输卵管介入治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法将60例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者按照随机法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组行输卵管介入术及中药宫腔灌注综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药口服和灌肠,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组患者治愈6例,显效7例,有效7例,无效10例;治疗组患者治愈8例,显效12例,有效7例,无效3例;治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药联合输卵管介入治疗输卵阻塞性不孕疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with tubal interven- tional therapy on tubal obstructive infertility. Methods Sixty patients with tubal obstructive infertility were selected and grouped into treatment group and control group with random methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tubal intervention and Chinese medicine intrauterine perfusion, on this basis, the treatment group received Chinese medicine oral and enema, the clinical effects were compared in the two groups. Results There were 6 cases of cured, 7 cases of markedly effective, 7 cases of effective and 10 cases of ineffective in the control group, those in the treatment group were 8, 12, 7 and 3 respectively; the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with tubal interventional therapy has exact effect on tubal obstructive infertility, which is worthy of application.
